Terms and Conditions

Last updated on 2025-11-13. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.

1. Overview

EasycontentfromAI (https://easycontentfromai.com) is operated by EasycontentfromAI. These Terms govern your access to the transcript retrieval, AI-assisted summarization, and related utilities we provide.

By using the service you agree to these Terms and represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you act for.

2. Service description

EasycontentfromAI provides tooling to fetch publicly available YouTube transcripts and offer AI-assisted summaries, notes, and content transformations.

The platform provides transcript access with optional language selection, AI tooling, and download utilities to accelerate research and content production workflows.

  • Transcript retrieval relies on the official YouTube transcript endpoint surfaced through youtube-transcript-api.
  • When transcripts are unavailable we gracefully notify you without modifying the source video.
  • AI tooling runs on your fetched transcript and may call third-party model providers as configured in your environment.

3. Eligibility & accounts

The service is intended for professionals at least 16 years old. Today we operate without mandatory accounts; certain enterprise features may require authentication later.

If you create an account in the future you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under that account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or assist others in doing so. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Violating YouTube's Terms of Service or applicable copyright laws.
  • Automating excessive requests that degrade service quality for other users.
  • Attempting to circumvent security controls or rate limits.
  • Using transcripts for harassment, disinformation, or other unlawful purposes.

5. Compliance & user responsibility

Users must ensure their use of retrieved transcripts complies with YouTube's Terms of Service, copyright obligations, and all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

We may temporarily suspend or throttle traffic that endangers platform stability or attracts abuse notices from YouTube.

6. Intellectual property

All original software, copy, and branding on the service belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the platform for lawful transcript workflows.

You retain rights to supplemental notes or exports you create, but you are solely responsible for third-party rights in any YouTube content you process.

7. Data retention

We retain minimal operational logs (IP, request metadata) for security monitoring. Logs are cycled regularly in line with legal obligations.

8. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, provider outages, or regulatory requests may cause downtime without notice.

We may modify or discontinue features to maintain compliance or performance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Warranty disclaimer

EasycontentfromAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee transcript accuracy or availability for every video.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasycontentfromAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or risk mitigation steps. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree, discontinue using the service.

12. Contact
